What If I Don't Like The Video?
After we send you the first version of the video, you can ask us to make 2 rounds of any animation changes without any extra cost. If you are still not happy with the video after that, you can request a refund.

The production cycle for our videos typically takes three weeks to complete. However, additional time may be needed to incorporate feedback and changes from clients. This means that most projects take between three to eight weeks from start to finish.

How Do You Send Videos to Me for Approval?
Upon completion of the video, we will first send you a preview version of the animation, with a watermark, via a secure download link. This will allow you to review the video and provide any necessary feedback or revisions. Once you have approved the video and any revisions have been made, we will then send the final version in full resolution without the watermark.
