At VideoAro, we understand that creating an animated explainer video is a significant investment, and we want to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the final product. That’s why we have developed a clear and transparent refund policy to ensure that our clients are protected every step of the way.

At VideoAro, we break down the video production process into several milestones/stages. We make sure that each stage is completed and approved by you before moving on to the next one. This allows us to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final video.

Our refund policy is as follows:
A. For any unapproved stage/canceled stage, VideoAro will refund the full amount of that stage/milestone.
B. For completed and approved stages, no money will be refunded.
C. Requests for a refund must be sent via email directly to info@videoaro.com
D. The refund amount will be finalized after deducting any third-party costs that we have incurred on the project.
